WEEK 1 
Module 1: Solid Foundation
To be high-performing, teams need clarity and alignment: who’s right-fit, why the team does what it does, and where the company is headed. In this module, you’ll quickly learn how these three seemingly simple pieces of the company puzzle are actually the hidden drivers of brand, team engagement and accountability. Worksheets include templates to guide you in defining the company’s core values, the ‘WHY’ and vision of success.

WEEK 3 
Module 2: Strong Leadership
Strong leaders and leaders who think like entrepreneurs are key to success. This module is packed with tools designed to identify what your company needs now, and in the near future, plus introduces our exclusive CBH Predictor Tool to identify important gaps that will be on your leadership horizon. Follow-up activities will include a guided ‘SWOT’ analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and gap analysis activities to help you determine your leadership growth plan.

WEEK 5 
Module 3: Culture of Engagement
This is the module that will bring fresh ideas and tools to the challenges of attracting, engaging and retaining staff in your company. Together we’ll demystify the reasons why team engagement often falters, reassess your recruiting style, and uncover the gaps in your onboarding program. You’ll leave with worksheets to guide you setting new goals that are S.M.A.R.T.

WEEK 6 
Lightning Rounds & Self-Guided Course Implementation

WEEK 7
Module 4: Smoother Operations
Take aim at smoothing out the kinks caused by time-wasters, broken rules/policies and neglecting to measure key performance metrics (KPI’s). Together we’ll dive into root causes, ‘must-haves’ for the company Playbook and tools for identifying who on the team is getting in the way of high-performance and collaboration. The helpful worksheet kit will guide your action-planning for improved operations and fewer headaches.

WEEK 8

WEEK 9 
Module 5: Sustained Relationships
The cornerstone of every company, this module brings laser sharp focus to where there are missed opportunities and low hanging fruit - aimed at building better relationships in all corners of your company: customers, employees, suppliers, community partners etc. Participants will take the CBH Company Image Test, and also learn the 4 Stages of Business Relationships - using them intentionally to build customer advocates faster and more often. The robust workbook will equip you with a renewed way of thinking about current relationships and designing a fresh strategy to develop deeper loyalty, both inside and outside of your company.

WEEK 11 
Module 6: Improved Profit
There’s a critical link between what your team does well, what you’re marketing to your customers and the company profit. This module walks you through understanding which reports should be reviewed, when and by whom, and what they will tell you. We’ll dive into the importance of setting targets and a budget. We’ll also discuss setting a strategy for matching profitability to marketing – and to plan in advance how the team will adapt to unanticipated results. Thought-provoking worksheets will help you to set solutions and new ideas in motion.

WEEK 12

Your Course Peer Group

The CBH Business Skills Incubator - Special Access provides a small virtual group training setting with a limited number of seats, so that participants feel safe and secure within their peer group.

This stream has a maximum threshold of 12 participants. 

Your live round-table training will be in a peer group of 6 to 8 participants like you.

Refund & Seat Transfer Policy

Due to the limited number of seats in this program, full refunds will not be granted unless the scheduled training program is cancelled, postponed or suspended. 

Refunds will not be issued for ‘no-shows’ or missed training sessions. 

That said, I understand that missing training sessions can be disappointing. If you purchase a seat and then realize you can't make all the training sessions you've got a couple of options available to you:

  1. Attend the bi-weekly Tuesday morning round table trainings that you're available for, and ask one of your group members to take notes for you during the meeting(s) that you'll miss. You'll also have access to a pre-recorded lecture and slide deck for the module training content.
  2. Request a seat transfer. These will be permitted on an ‘as approved basis’ only. They must be requested prior to completing the training program Placement Questionnaire and prior to the program start date.
